For houses without a basement, the cylinder unit also serves as a wonderfully space-saving indoor unit featuring an integrated hot water cylinder – and it already includes all the crucial components.

The Ecodan heat pumps are pre-equipped for use as a cascade solution as standard.  In this way, the ambient air can be used as a heat source even for high heating loads in buildings. When used as a cascade, the Ecodan system features redundant operation and thus maximum failure safety.

The max. COP function is used to control the entire system such that individual units always run in the most economic range where possible.
