It’s so easy to secure peace of mind

In order to take advantage of the 5-year Ecodan system warranty, simply follow the steps listed below:

All key components in the system are from the Ecodan range.

The Ecodan heat pump is commissioned by a Mitsubishi Electric specialist partner. Post the commissioning report and the completed warranty claim to Mitsubishi Electric or upload these documents at www.my-les.de, where it is also easy to fill in the warranty claim online by stating the key system information (location, serial number, etc.).

Once the warranty has been approved, we will provide you with a warranty folder (including the warranty certificate) that you can then pass on to your customers. The warranty is valid as of the time of commissioning.

You perform the maintenance that is required on an annual basis and add the maintenance reports to the warranty folder of your customer. This is a prerequisite for our warranty services.

In the event of a warranty claim, simply contact your sales advisor or go directly to Mitsubishi Electric in order to discuss the subsequent procedure.
